1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide a transformative experience for all our members. If you are unsatisfied with a digital resource or community subscription, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, all digital sales and subscription payments are final.
2. Retreat Cancellation Schedule
Due to the logistical requirements and non-refundable deposits associated with our adventure and peaceful retreats (lodging, gear rentals, and guides), the following schedule applies to all retreat bookings:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a [e.g., $100] administrative fee.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable. At this stage, all funds have been committed to vendors and locations.
3. Three-Day "Cooling-Off" Period
In accordance with Florida law, if you sign a contract for future services (such as a long-term community membership) during a "home solicitation" or a non-permanent business location, you are entitled to a three-day cooling-off period. You may cancel your agreement without penalty within three business days of signing.
4. Transferring Your Spot
If you are unable to attend a retreat, you may transfer your spot to another community member at no additional cost, provided the new participant meets the physical requirements of the retreat and signs all necessary waivers at least 14 days prior to the event.
5. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If [Your Business Name] must cancel a retreat due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participation, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration fees. We are not responsible for any personal travel expenses (e.g., airfare) incurred.
