​3. Membership & Subscriptions
​Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
​Subscription Tiers: By selecting a subscription tier, you agree to the recurring billing associated with that level.
​Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the community portal settings. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

​4. Community Conduct & Safety
​To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all members agree to:
​Respect Privacy: What is shared in the community stays in the community. You may not record, screenshot, or share other members' stories without explicit consent.
​Kindness & Support: Harassment, hate speech, or inflammatory behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.
​Self-Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are participating in community discussions and physical activities (such as hiking or adventure sports) at your own risk.

​5. Physical Activity Waiver
​For participants in adventure-based programming: You acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By booking a retreat, you agree to sign a separate liability waiver specific to the physical requirements of that event.

​6. Intellectual Property
​The logos, worksheets, and retreat programming shared on this site are the property of the organization. You may use community resources for personal use, but reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

​7. Limitation of Liability
​To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organization and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the community or retreats.
